
J. Lindsay
J. Lindsay has been working in commercial real estate since 1993 and is founder of The Lindsay Group. A licensed real estate agent and broker, Mr. Lindsay is responsible for the day-to-day decision making and the overall operation of the company which develops, builds and invests in commercial real estate assets.

Kelly Lindsay Diehl
Kelly-Ann has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience with the Lindsay Group and works closely with owner J. Lindsay to provide oversight of all operations for the Lindsay Group portfolio of properties including lease administration, property management, financial reporting, cash management, and all legal and tax matters. She has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.

Pete Lehner
Part of the Lindsay Group team since September 2000, Pete oversees new building construction, tenant improvements, lease administration, budgeting, operating costs reconciliation, facilities and project management as well as property maintenance for all of Lindsay Group’s assets. He has a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin.

Cindy Kinsella
Cindy is responsible for all financial record keeping for all properties and entities of the Lindsay Group including budgeting, financial statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and operating cost reconciliation. Cindy has over 30 years of commercial property accounting experience.

Darcie Payne

Cathi VanHorne
Cathi oversees special projects for The Lindsay Group and also provides general office administrative support.

Beth Wacholz
Beth is responsible for the financial recordkeeping for JL Stream Investments properties including financial statements, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Beth as a B.S. from Minnesota State University-Mankato.
